BIG TIME RUSH CONCERT!!!
So last night I went to a Big Time Rush concert with my best friends and let me just say… IT WAS AMAZING!!! THE BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE! I seriously don’t think I’ve ever fangirled so hard in my life! I’m surprised I still have a half decent voice today. I just love those boys so much; especially James <3
#20: Go to a concert.
Anyway, during “Worldwide” each member brought a girl onstage and sang to them. The girls looked ecstatic and they were freaking out. I saw how happy the band made them, and how happy I was just to be at the concert and I couldn’t stop thinking that I wished I could make people that happy. I mean, of course I was also wishing that I could be up there on stage… I am a teenage girl after all. But these guys are doing what they love and making other people so happy. Someday, I want to make people as happy as I was last night :)
Only six more days of summer…
The past week…
Two of my aunts came to visit us last week so I’ve been busy and haven’t been able to post a lot of things on here. But while they were here we had a bonfire Sunday night (bucket list item #15: Have a bonfire), and then went hiking at Bear’s Den on Monday which is item #16: Go hiking on the Appalachian Trail. The trail connects to the Appalachian Trail and the views are spectacular! My sister and I made a plan to hike the entire Appalachian Trail the summer of 2015 because she’ll be out of school by then. I hope we actually do it. It would definitely be a good bonding experience.
I also watched a lot of the Olympics. So I can now check off #17: Watch the Olympics. Congratulations to the Women’s gymnastics team for bringing home gold and to Gabby Douglas for winning the All-Around!!! Not to mention Michael Phelps who became the most decorated Olympian of all time!
Last Saturday I hosted the First Ever Backyard Summer Olympics. #18: Have our own Olympics. My friends and I got together and planned the whole thing. We had everyone split up into teams (instead of countries) and compete in events like karaoke, dancing, swimming races, water polo, and obstacle relays. We had our own opening ceremonies and everything! #19: Use Sparklers. It was a great way for everyone to get together before we all go off to college. I’m really going to miss everyone this year. Thank goodness for Skype :)
I just realized that my 11/11/11 wish came true… :)
